In 2001 during a placement in a hospice as a student nurse, I discovered the wonderful, relaxing, nurturing effects holistic therapies had on patients at the hospice. This was a profound experience and I knew then that one day I would follow this path. After 15 years dedicated to nursing, I am now an Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner.

During some incredibly challenging and traumatic times in my life I was able to find the incredible benefits of meditation. This enabled me to find some joy again and navigate difficult times slightly more easily. The benefits meditation had on my anxiety was also transformational for me. Often extreme and exhausting I thought I had to just live with chronic anxiety. I found meditation changed this and my life completely and for the better.

In 2018 I began training in the beautiful practice of Reiki. I found the effects revelationary and enlightening and now an essential part of my life.
I am passionate about sharing the invaluable, life-changing knowledge and practices I have acquired on my journey so far to help others too.

I am a Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, qualified Reiki drummer, Professional Organiser and Author based in Hockley, Essex. I teach meditation in person and online and offer Reiki in the tranquil setting of my home in Hockley, Essex.

I offer a Space Clearing and Cleansing service as part of my Professional Organising Service. I run relaxation and Women’s Circles as one half of Blissful Union Wellbeing with my lifelong friend and business partner, Sara Cops. I also have a little pop-up shop of handmade and repurposed bespoke gifts I create, such as macrame Angels, plant and yoga mat hangers and bookmarks amongst a few of my creations. I have also created a book of inspirational quotes to bring inspiration and comfort. All are available to buy.
